The metal shop needs your help! @mgmoore will be in there Thursday-Sunday, but Saturday will be the day they move the bulk of the remaining equipment over. If you’ve been meaning to get involved, this is the time! Lots of cleaning, organizing and painting to do as well! Link below with more details. Heads up I have had some stuff come up and won’t be able to lead the Laser Volunteer day today.

I’ll leave the first hour of the volunteer day blocked off in case folks want to meet in there and chat, but we don’t have many (or really any) pending maintenance tasks.

the old metal shop floor! We have a tile jack (easy to use — we’ll show you
how) and have already cleared a lot. Contact @Rolo or @jamesfreeman if interested!

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the shop. No experience
necessary.

Help fix up the highest use shop at Asmbly, our woodshop! Join one of our
Woodshop Leads @Glory2God and knock a couple maintenance tasks off the list.
We’ll be doing a lot of tool sharpening in the turning area on Sunday! Swing by if you want to freshen up on that as well.
