To make this event a success, we will need help from the community in preparing the space ahead of the event and assisting at the event itself.

We still need more canopies, tables, folding chairs, and coolers! Do you have some you can lend for the weekend?

I have an easy up tent. It’s a tad broken but it still works. There’s a small tear in the fabric.

Does anyone have 2 micro SD memory cards they could bring Saturday? I’d like to take some video of the event (GoPro), and forgot to grab a media card.
