I really love maker YouTube, I think it’s such a cool way to showcase the things that people create, and it’s super inspiring to watch. What are some of your favorite YouTube channels about making? Whether it’s focused on project showcasing or specific tools and techniques, I wanna hear about them! I have listed two of my favorites below:
Simone Giertz: Every one of her videos has such a calm and unique aesthetic. I love her personality and how it seems to shine in everything she touches, from the concepts of her projects to the design to the final look of her videos. This one is one of my favorites: https://youtu.be/G5VQUDpK9Iw?si=qRPwBycoP7xtbRaV
Stuff Made Here: Shane always seems to do the impossible with his channel. Every time he uploads I can hardly believe what I’m watching. He comes up with a lot of really fun concepts and has a great knack for explaining the engineering challenges he encounters along the way. I like Burls Art - he tends to make guitars out of unusual materials. I like how he shows mistakes, and talks through what he’s going to do to fix, diminish, or hide them
