Two filament driers above resin printers?

Ryan summarized well. Once a filament has been sitting in a humid environment (like Texas right now), you probably want to dry it. Manufacturers generally provide guidelines for drying, for example if you go to the Print Settings on this page PolyFlex TPU it says:

Drying Settings: 65˚C for 8h

So ideally, you’d run it through that cycle before you tried printing with it again. You can also print directly from some driers or dry boxes, rather than letting the spool just sit in the moist open air. I do this for particularly water-sensitive filaments, like water soluble support filament.

Asmbly has a bunch of dry boxes! If you take a roll of filament off of a printer because the member hasn’t picked up their print yet, please check to see if it is anything other than PLA. If it is, please put it in a dry box.
