I made these stops so I have a repeatable X stop with the mod vises. They are designed to work with the SMW Mod Vises and the fixture plate. The rod is no higher than the mod vise itself, so you can leave it in place. The holder part is just a bit higher than the mod vise, so take care there.
I’ve put them in the drawer for anyone to use. I’m excited to try them out on my next job!
They index into the fixture plate. You do need to use the shorter screws I made to go with them.
