Red Laser not cutting through

I’m also getting the EOT error. I’ll watch this thread to keep track of the issue.

Both EOT and the “not cutting well” should be fixed now

Hey @dannym. I used Big Red today and it worked great for vector cuts, but I still ran into the EOT error when trying to raster an image. Apologies that I didn’t grab the settings.

Yep it doesn’t appear the temporary fix until we get in a new cable is going to work for rastering like I’d hoped. It worked for all the rastering I tried but isn’t reliable.

We’re going to have to raster on Blue for now until I can get the cable replacement in.
