New Board Documents Hub on the Wiki

Huge thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts in our recent member survey. We had over 100 people provide super high quality answers. Your feedback is the best tool we have to ensure the Board’s decisions stay aligned with your wishes.

One takeaway from your responses was a desire for more consistent communication and easier access to what the Board is doing. We hear you, and we are taking action to be more transparent.

While our bylaws, financial statements, and meeting minutes have always been public, we admit they haven’t always been the easiest to find. To fix this, we’ve created a new one-stop shop on the Wiki to house all essential governance records in one place.

The new board of directors page is live here: Board of Directors - Asmbly Wiki

On this page, you can now easily access:

  • Asmbly Bylaws: The legal document that governs all our activities.
  • Board Minutes: Records of our monthly meetings. These are posted after the Board formally approves them, which typically means a one-month delay.
  • Financial Statements: Regular reports from our Treasurer regarding corporate funds.

This is just one step in our commitment to open leadership. We truly value your input as we all work together to improve our community.

Are the aggregate survey results available somewhere for members to view?

I think that is a great idea. Let us talk it over and see how we can beat share the data.
