Folks using the CNC, do not forget to empty out the dust bin and clean the filter. The latter should take 30 seconds. There’s a video walkthrough here.
Make sure the blast gate stays closed during this process.
As for emptying the dust bin, there’s a latch-within-a-latch. The gray band has something like a small safety catch in it to prevent it from opening unintentionally. Pull this up, then open the latch all the way to remove the ring from the dust pan.
Instructions are printed and laminated at the machine. Please report in if there is trouble.
Lastly, please don’t empty the bin into another bin inside the workshop. This sends extra dust into the air that the machine did so good at catching. If anything, do this outside.
