Is there a way to get notifications by text or email or … when someone posts in reply to my posts?

Not sure about text, but email settings are in your profile

You can also add tracked/watched topics, categories, or tags in the “Tracking” section, if for example you want an email for all posts related to 3D printers.

You can also get push notifications to your phone or desktop if you really want to be in the loop. Preferences → Notifications → Live Notifications.
