When using Hermes or Apollo make sure that the correct build sheet is selected. The difference between the two sheets is that if you are printing petg you have to use the satin sheet and unless you apply glue stick to the smooth steel sheet(try to use the satin sheet if available)
From the main screen scroll down to sheets (it will either say smooth or satin) click the button, select the sheet you want to use and then press the button again.
