Woodturning Shop Moved!

Hey y’all! Just a heads up that the turning shop has moved under the loft (pictured below). Thank you so much to everyone who helped out over the weekend!

Next goals will be to:
-put small empty tool racks behind each lathe
-increase blank/equipment storage
-find a place for the buffing wheels to go back
-(long term) pipe in dust collection to each lathe

This enclosed space should hopefully make turning a bit more peaceful, with the added benefit of giving us more dust collection options going forward. Let me know if you have any questions/suggestions going forward!

Awesome! I love the new layout.
Where do the bowl blanks live for now? The back of the cabinet where they used to be is covered by the wall.

Sorry for my late response. I’m going to be building out some new storage soon, and the smaller chunks are back on the front of that cabinet.

The bowls blanks are currently in an Ikea bag near the big garage door, but I can put them somewhere more visible
