Exciting news! We have been able to allocate some money to pay for a part-time wood shop maintainer. The rest of the details will be coming out very soon, but I wanted to get this news out as soon as I could.
At this time, the roll is for no more than 15 hours a week at $20 an hour.
I know this could easily fill up a full-time role and then some, however having at least some dedicated time to keeping tools in shape and chance for real preventative maintenance should help keep some of the tools lasting longer, benefit classes, and overall member usage.
