Wood Filing Cabinets Up for Grabs

I have four medium-cheap file cabinets that I want to get rid of. What do I mean by “medium cheap”? They were inexpensive assemble-it-yourself kits from a Walmart type store (Meijer), but they are made from actual stained wood rather than just MDF/OSB and veneer. Since then, they’ve acquired an assortment of dents, scratches, etc., and one of the tops was split and inexpertly reassembled with glue and lots of wood putty. (This is from a decade before I had the tools and experience I gained here.)

They are serviceable and decent looking. They could probably be made nicer but I doubt they are worth the trouble.

I have 12 out of the 16 rails needed for hanging file folders. (I might come across the others at some point, and it wouldn’t be too hard to replace them.) The upper drawer of each has a lock, and I have one key for each cabinet. (They are identical.)

Let me know if anyone is interested. I’ll give precedence to anyone who wants a larger number of them. Any remaining will go to Goodwill next week.
