Thanks Valerie. Please note that my words below are not specifically regarding this particular situation, as it is still be evaluated. I’m especially talking about folks leaving their workplace in a mess.

That said, I know that addressing such behavior is probably not a favorite task, but it surely is one of the most important. While such negligence is sometimes forgetfulness, it is often lack of consideration. Unattended, it will increase.
