Which printer is best for printing PLA?

I am new to 3D printing and have been paying someone to print prototypes for me. The material that the prototypes are being made with is PLA. I want to take a class to learn how to use the printers at Asmbly. Which printer is best for this type of printing?

Thanks in advance!

I would print pla on any of the Prusa printers. You don’t need an enclosure for this material. I would go with a low infill until you perfect the design. Here is a handy guide for infill types. infill

Let me know if you have any other questions?

I agree with Joe, any of the Prusas would be great to get started on. I do a lot of PLA printing and the MK3s are reliable and easy to use.

The 3D printing class will cover all the basics of setup, slicing a model, and sending a file to the printers.

Agreed that all of the Prusas are good choices for PLA. The class you want to take is Intro to Filament 3D Printing.
