I’m looking for a strip of scrap carpet for my cat wheel project, roughly 1’ wide by 10’ long.
Free or cheap.

Flooring stores and carpet installers usually have some pretty large samples or remnants from the edges of rooms. May be worth some calls.
I went to this thrift store the other day and they had pretty much anything you can imagine, including scrap carpet

I’ve always had great success when driving by a home that getting new carpet and asking the installer for scraps. I know that’s not much help for an immediate need, but I always to keep a few some for new projects and/or replacement for my dogs’ ramp.
