Should I just throw it out?
Well, it’s been three days since I posted this question, and not even an acknowledgement from any staff, so I guess I’ll just throw it out. 
Reminder, there is only one paid staff person here with other primary responsibilities and everyone else is a volunteer and those volunteers (especially those of us helping with admin work) work our butts off doing largely thankless tasks. Eye roll/sass on lack of response in a few days is not needed. Friendly bump or tag of specific people would be appreciated.
Fobs were discontinued last September and can be thrown out.
