I have been interested in one. I have also been looking at Omax as well. The Omax is 2x as much though.
I think for home use it is well suited. I think if we were interested for the space. We should get a used industrial unit.
We’ve looked at these in the past. The consumables cost differential over an industrial unit makes them a poor value for us to purchase but we’d be willing to host one.
The biggest problem I can see is handling the wastewater. Most units would require a treatment system and a permit from the Austin Water utility. Not cheap and not trivial to manage.
