We’ll be having another volunteer day this Sunday from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Our focus is going to be fully welcoming our new P1S printers. We’ll give them a thorough looking-over and see if there is any maintenance we need to do. We’ll see if we can get Hanuman working or any of the three AMS units that didn’t work the first time we tried them.
All levels of experience are welcome. I don’t personally have a lot of experience with BambuLab printers, so it’ll be a learning experience all-around!
If you took the Intro to Filament Printers class before we got the P1Ses, this would be a great way to get familiar with them!
You’re also welcome to stop by if you have questions about 3D printing in general, and we’ll try to answer them.
Thanks to everyone who showed up! We had so many people working on the P1Ses that we had to move them further apart to make space to work. We went through the checklist on all of them and Hanuman is now functioning! We also performed maintenance on the MK3S+es and cleaned the resin printers.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get any more AMSes working today, so we still have two P1Ses that are (quite quick) single-filament printers. We’ll continue to try to repair those.
The space has been rearranged a little bit, and the P1Ses are now in alphabetical order for ease of identification.
