Yesterday, May 27th, I renewed my membership, filled in my credit card info and got a message that the transaction went through including a message that gave the 2024 renewal date. Today I logged into neon and there was no record of that transaction. How do I tell if I really have been successful in purchasing my next year of membership before the end of the month deadline?
Did you check your credit card account to see if the charge posted? Even if there was a snafu with Neon, that should be enough proof that you paid for the renewal.

Just verified that no charge has gone through on my credit card account. But, that does not explain why I got an in line message that the payment went through. It even gave me the date that it expires in 2024.
