I am sure there is a simple process that I am just failing to track down. I attempted to open the vCarve instances on one of the front computers, and also on the terminal by the small CNC. I could not log into any of the versions (11.0, 11.5, 12.0). Are there any steps laid out somewhere someone could link me to? @Rolo tagging you as well from our conversation yesterday!

Did you try logging in with the email associated with your Vetric account via an emailed confirmation code or login through the web?
Sometimes the confirmation codes don’t work for me and I need to login to my Vetric account via the web.
Hello! You must log in with your Vetric associated account, Like Michael is mentioning. You get an invite to this after taking a CNC class or a checkout class. This account essentially gives you the software for free because it will be tied to our Makerspace account.
Once you have that account set up, you can log in on the computer number one. Additionally, I would recommend using version 12. I was seeing some issues connecting with 11 and 11.5.
