Unlocking the shaper origin cabinet

Hi,

I was trying to access the cabinet labeled Shaper Origin using the Alta Open app but wasn’t able to open it. The app would indicate the cabinet was opening but physical cabinet didn’t unlock.
Am I missing something there?

Hi Dat, does the red button on the side of the cabinet labeled “Shaper Origin” illuminate after you unlock the cabinet using the Alta Open app? If so, you have to press it in order to open the cabinet.
