The Big Mill’s precision alignment was undone yesterday, and I don’t know if it was restored fully. I will double-check the tramming later today but be wary of doing any high precision work until then.
The lathe’s brake had come uncoupled from the pedal and I only had time during class for a quick fix. Right now, fully depressing the pedal only partially engages the brake, which is potentially dangerous. I will fix this later today as well.
