I’m getting two emails for every Asmbly broadcast. My Profile has my primary email address, which is my preferred address. But somehow your mailing list also includes one for me on gmail. How do I get that gmail one deleted from your list.
Did you already try the unsubscribe button for the email you don’t want and it’s getting added back in? I believe the automation we have adding emails from Neon is a webhook, so just at account creation time. If you’ve unsubscribed, it shouldn’t be adding you back.
In Neon under “Update Name/Address” the EDIT ACCOUNT page shows only one email which is the good one. I do not see a second one in my Neon profile that I could unsubscribe from. I don’t want to unsubscribe or delete my Neon account, because I’d loose my history and other stuff. Could it be that I have two Neon accounts?
I finally figured out where the second / “gmail” email address originated. Now I need a way to get it purged from the system.
I took two courses and used my gmail email address for them.

Cheap Fix: Can someone go into the course registration database and change my gmail address to my neon email address for these two entries and wherever it got copied to for bulk emailing. Or Better Fix: change the neon system to allow me to update that email (that assumes every email is added to Neon as a potential account login id), change its non-existent password to be valid and then login to it and delete the account
I went into the classes and updated your email address there. Hopefully that fixes it. I did confirm there is only 1 Brian Watt in the system. I have seen it make duplicates.
