Turning on the do-all bandsaw in the metalshop

Was trying to use the do-all in the metalshop the other night, but it didn’t work as I had remembered from class.

I thought it was just the circular red switch / toggle on the right side of it (and then use the buttons on the control panel to start / stop the blade), but am I missing something here?

That should be it. It’s possible someone turned off the old power switch that’s awkward to get to near the wall. Or potentially someone unplugged it.
