I took the TIG class last month. TIG and MIG welding are done via the same machines- am I free to learn and do MIG welding on my own after taking the TIG class, or should I refrain from this and stick to exclusively TIG while using this machine?
Even though it’s the same machine, they are different processes. Separate classes are required.
