On at least four recent days, I have found a bottle of the pre-mixed CLI Syntec cutting fluid on the metal shop sink counter. Each time, I put it back with the other bottles on the shelf behind the Cold Saw. Yet it keeps reappearing by the sink. There is nothing that uses that fluid within 30 feet of the sink. Please stop.

This was meant as a mostly whimsical post about an oddity, but someone checked the video. Apparently people were refilling the cutting fluid squeeze bottles there to avoid spilling and left the large bottles there. It seems a touch fastidious to me to worry about spilling when filling a bottle whose purpose is to spray that fluid around, but I shouldn’t complain about people being conscientious. My main concern was that maybe someone was confusing the bottle with Windex or something.
Also, put stuff back where you got it.
Put stuff back where it BELONGS. ![]()
