Dear Asmbly Maker Market Volunteers,
I just want to say thank you so much for such an amazing event this weekend! From exciting vendor sales to raffle ticket sales and winners to teaching people how to solder, to taking care of vendors, to wowing potential new members (and much more) - we really had a successful weekend thanks to all of your hard work and dedication!
We are collecting all photos and videos here, so please feel free to add your own as well! This will be helpful when creating the recap video. We are also currently gathering some metrics from the weekend to share with you later this week!
You all are the reason that we are able to put on successful events like this - it would absolutely not be possible without all of the volunteer help we’ve had throughout this weekend and the weeks and months leading up to this event! And with that being said, I want to thank @valerie and our amazing Outreach Team @OctopusDream , and @Stephanie2.0 for putting months of time and effort into preparing this event.
I feel so grateful to get to plan events for such an amazing community, and to have such strong support in those endeavors. Please take some time to rest! I know that each and everyone one of you put a ton of time and effort into this event, and it was so special to see everyone come together to create such a wonderful weekend!
