Skewed a says the textile room is not to be used from 2 to 5, that the facility is “closed”. I presume that means after 5 you can use it, but want to confirm before I drive all the way out there.

You are seeing the “facility Closed” message for 2am - 5am. The makerspace is closed during these times, so all shop areas are booked out from 2am - 5am daily to remind people of that. You are free to use it at any other time today except from 5:30pm - 8:30pm during which the shop is booked out for a class.
