Tarkin Z axis only goes down?

Hello, I’m trying to focus the laser on my workpiece but I can’t seem to get the Z axis to go up. Regardless of what I press ( Z up or Z down), the bed only moves down. Is there some sort of setting I need to change?

A harness was unplugged in the rear of the machine, thanks Danny for coming out on short notice and fixing it!
