Hi everyone,
Heads-up that Tarkin is currently yellow-tagged. It’s still usable, but there are a few issues worth knowing so you can decide if it’s the right machine for your job:
**1.** Wiggle on combined-axis moves. When both X and Y are engaged at once (diagonals, curves, circles), you’ll see a slight wiggle in the line. Straight cuts along a single axis are less affected.
**2.** X-axis shift. There’s an issue on the X axis causing a minor positional shift, so keep it in mind for anything where dimensional accuracy matters.
**3.** Reduced cutting power. Tarkin isn’t cutting at full strength right now. Bump the power or slow the speed to compensate, but do **not** add passes. Thicker stock may not cut cleanly even then.
