Tarkin red tagged laser head fell off

Hi all!

Today during my cut, the screws on the laser head for tarkin got loose, and the head popped off mid cut. I stopped everything in time, and the air assist hose got hit in one spot. It doesnt seem like it is the worst thing as I believe the screws need to be tightened, the mirror re-aligned, and the hose—could be taped up for now, or if it can be cut at the hole and extended—that would do it.

Just putting this here so we can dialogue about it, and its state.

I went ahead and stopped all cut, red tagged it and left signs for the laser to not be turned on as the head is loose.

Woah, really? As of today? This happened this morning Wednesday, 28th

Yes, it was in use again this evening.

It seems that tarkin is not cutting at full power today! someone called me and asked me to help them with settings as it was not cutting through 1/4 inch.
