I made some changes to the parameters in Tarkin’s Ruida profile.
One notable development, there was a minor “squiggle”- an oscillation in a straight line that primarily appeared after the head is moving straight up or down the Y axis and then took a 90 deg turn- but only appeared if the corner was radiused. That problem feature’s gone now in all cases. That and a number of other profile tweaks.
By all testing on a variety of materials, it’s cutting more consistently and a bit stronger for any given speed, so existing settings should be fine. In some cases the job takes slightly longer than the Preview window estimates.
The prior profile is backed up if there’s a problem, but it does look like yet another significant improvement!
