Regarding the two table saws, this morning I cleaned the cast iron and black side panels with acetone and applied a coating of a product our shop lead, Bill May, wanted to test instead of using paste wax . The product is Slip-it Sliding Compound which is a non-silicone lubricant. On behalf of Bill, we’d appreciate everyone monitoring how well it performs, and how long it lasts. Again, this is a product test so feedback is necessary to determine how we maintain all the woodworking machines going forward.Thank you!
