Yesterday early evening (6pm) when using the sawgrass sublimation printer it was saying that yellow ink was low.

Thanks Brian! A reminder to everyone not to replace the ink when it is still just reading low, but to wait until it refuses to print any more. The ink is very expensive, and we don’t want to waste a drop.
We always have backup cartridges ready to go, so there will never be a gap in anyone’s projects

I agree, but when it runs out it who should know?
The fastest way will be to use the red problem QR code. This will send it to the broader stewards list so a wide range of folks will see it.
If Shane is at the shop, he’s always a good first stop as well
