I’m assuming you mean self reinforced polypropylene? It’s safe to laser and the big lasers should cut thin material cleanly. I have not cut it personally but other PP products I have cut you want to maximize the cutting speed to avoid local melting. I’d expect cutting 3mm or 5mm sheet will not be a problem. Much thicker and you are likely to get melt ridges along the cut. I expect multiple pass will not work out well as the melted plastic will flow into the blasted out trench of the incomplete cut.
What thickness material are you looking to cut? Where are you sourcing your SRPP?
