Do we have a designated space for taller pieces that don’t fit on the non-top shelves and, if not, can we make a space for it?
Obviously if you have a top shelf, then it’s fine. But since those are limited, it seems fair to have space for taller pieces that everyone can utilize

Just to give you some background: top shelves were originally priced at a premium, with the idea that members could build or throw as tall as they needed. A few months ago, we removed that premium to make top shelves a more attractive option.
At the moment, we don’t offer any communal storage spaces — storage allocation is what drives member tiers and rates.
That said, if you anticipate working on taller pieces more regularly, I’d recommend switching to a top shelf, which is available at no extra cost.
As for a communal area to temporarily store taller work for members without top shelves — it’s something I’m open to exploring. I’ll need to think through the logistics and get the appropriate approvals, but I’ll keep you posted.
