A note from property management:

Dear Tenants,

We wanted to share an update regarding activity at 9701 Dessau. The City has begun sidewalk maintenance work adjacent to the property. We have been advised that this work may take approximately 3–4 days to complete.

We have requested that the City provide additional support to help manage and navigate incoming and outgoing traffic during this time to minimize disruption. Please use caution when entering and exiting the property while the work is underway.

We will continue to keep everyone informed and will share any additional updates as they become available.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while the work is performed.

This morning, it seemed much more reasonable to make a right to leave Asmbly and then make a U-turn than to try to make a left out of the parking lot.
