Would love some feedback on an idea I have to create an OSS shop maintenance system.
Value to users would be improved uptime, efficiency and lowered costs by using a single portal to track status, trouble tickets, and any Information required by users to use machines and maintainers to maintain machines rather than via independent/unlinked spreadsheets, wiki and discussion boards.
