Units 2 and 3 filters are clogged and need to be replaced. Units are running loud.
I can do this this week if it hasn’t been completed already. Can you specify which units are 2 and 3? Any specifics I should know about the filter changes.
Trained people only on those. I don’t know how we’re managing this now
@jamesfreeman, I’m sure @Jon, @EricP, or @JoeN would be happy to give you more info and get you cleared to do this. The three of them have been managing changing filters and our HVAC maintenance provider changes them during their service checks.
