As I was setting up the Shaper tonight I noticed I was unable to lock the right side of the Shaper station’s front face (the silver bolt on the right in the first pic.
The back side of the nut is broken. This side will not lock in place which leads to play / slop in the front piece of the workstation.
In my experience this didn’t make the Shaper unusable but I think my cuts were negatively impacted.
Another thing I noticed: the shorter of the two 4mm allen wrenches is getting rounded and isn’t grabbing bolts the way it should. I think it should be thrown out.

I fixed the Workstation issue by replacing the locking assembly and it works as expected. Also purchased two extra locking assemblies since Shaper has a flat shipping fee of $10 and the parts are $8 each.
