My phone died and I trying to install Openpath on a new iPhone but its not letting me complete it. I think the email on my account isn’t available on my phone. I only have dh075238@gmail.com. How can I get the App setup?

Open path typically talks to the same email address that you use for your neon sign-in
I can’t use that one on an iphone.
If I change my neon login to the new account will openpath work with it?
