We received an email from the landlord today about a scheduled water outage for valve repairs on the property this Saturday 7/16. Here are the details:
The landlord will be completing a valve repair at the property on Saturday, July 16th. The work will be completed by MTech-Icon.
The water to the property will be completely shut off during the repair. The work is expected to begin between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. and to be completed no later than 5:00 p.m.
Please inform your team members that there will be no water service to the building during those hours.
After the work is complete, Kaitlin will access as many spaces as possible to run water through the lines to remove any grit or debris from the line. She will be contacting you to determine if she can have access. When you return to your suites on Monday, you will want to run water for a couple of minutes to do the same. The water may not be perfectly clear for a moment. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable when this type of repair is completed.
