Router lift system

Router lift system on router tableis tight and difficult to raise and lower. Cant really see anything without taking it apart. Thought i should report it.

Lift has been cleaned and rebuilt. Works much better. I’m checking with the manufacturer about a possible bearing problem. That might be why the cleanings don’t last very long.

Please make sure to vacuum the top, particularly the hole for the wrench. That gets filled up with packed sawdust, also making it harder to turn. I dug at least an inch of packed shavings out of that hole.
