Reported using the QR code but cross-posting in case anyone else signs up today. The red (guide) dot wasn’t appearing when I turned on Tarkin. I tried putting a test piece in and it seemed like the cutting laser was still working, so I eyeballed my piece and gave it a go but it turns out the cutting laser isn’t functioning correctly either (see pic).

Oh no! I hope I didn’t make it worse by trying to run it. It wasn’t cutting for very long.
Given that Tarkin is available for booking, I presume this is resolved?
