For those who use the sublimation printer. The 8.5 x 11 tray is working fine, and so the printer is usable.
However, the tabloid tray (#2) is giving a “pc load letter”-esque error, and I was unable to determine the underlying cause while I was there yesterday.
I didn’t think of it until I got home, but it’s possible that the back feed tray (#3) would work for larger prints, but that remains to be tested.
Tray is back to normal operation. The underlying problem here was that the printer itself allows you to set what kind of paper you have loaded in each tray within its own dialog boxes at the front. If there is a mis-match to the type of paper you then select on your computer within the print dialog box, the printer will tell you to load the correct paper.
