The 3D Printer Apollo won’t load filament successfully - potentially due to a clog. I’ve submitted a ticket/red tag through the google form and put a tag on the printer.
Could someone mark Apollo as red tagged on skedda, please?

The clog has been resolved, it required a full teardown of the hotend. If we can ask everyone to not use brass brushes anywhere near the hotend—it does little to clean or fix clogs, and usually results in damaged cables to the thermistor and heater cartridge. Those are neither fun nor inexpensive to replace.
Heard on the brushes. In the “Intro to Filament 3D Printing” class I took a year ago at Asmbly, we were taught to use brushes to clean the nozzle to ensure good prints. I won’t do that anymore!
Thank you for understanding. We reevaluated that as a best practice a few months ago—the wires leading to the thermistor are fragile, it wasn’t deemed worth the risk.
