The Jog wheel on the controller seems to be failing in the positive feed direction. A new one has been ordered, but is a couple weeks out. A slight work around, use the keyboard controls to jog passed your desired position, and then use the controller to jog back in the negative direction.

We have a couple of old ones “for parts” we can try to swap out the jogwheel on
Resolved the issue tonight – it turns out the problem was actually low batteries. Apparently that can cause either encoding skips or perhaps transmission issues? Unclear, but I replaced the batteries when it got so bad that it was actually disconnecting every 30 seconds or so. Now it works fine!
