I’m working on my 2x2 project, and I need to do a few color tests on some material similar to our final board. If anyone has piece/scrap or two of factory prefinished plywood they wouldn’t mind sharing, I’d really appreciate it. Any amount is useful

The 2x2 project provided factory prefinished plywood. Yesterday I etched my design on our Dorian laser (200 speed, 25 power, 20 min power). It left burn residue (smoke deposits) on the surface especially where it had to slow down for a turn. Today I found that Pledge furniture polish worked great to clean off that residue. I had first tried Goo Gone Adhesive Remover, but that did nothing. I didn’t want to use an abrasive that might scratch the plywood finish or a cream like rubbing compound that would fill in the etching.
