The best way to report problems with the 3D Printers (or any Asmbly equipment!) is to file a Problem Report. You can scan any red QR code or visit Problem Report. Doing so will alert the stewards and also create a “paper” trail so that we can notice if the same problems are happening repeatedly. We can’t always respond immediately to problem reports, of course, but we try to keep on top of them. Even if you’re able to work around the problem, it’s helpful to us to know that it happened.
We’d also love to hear your feedback on what is working well or poorly. If you attempt a print, particularly one with a filament other than PLA, we’d like to hear about it.
